We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States (lower 48).
Shipping Schedule
To maintain the highest quality and ensure reliable delivery, all orders follow a structured shipping schedule:
- Orders placed by Sunday ship the following Monday
- Orders placed after Sunday will ship the next Monday
This schedule allows us to carefully prepare each order and avoid delays that can occur during transit.
Delivery Timing
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility so you can follow it every step of the way.
Packaging & Freshness
Every Vosem order is:
- Carefully packed in insulated packaging
- Shipped with dry ice
- Designed to arrive frozen or properly chilled and safe
Our process is built to preserve the integrity, flavor, and quality of every cut from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it reaches your door.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order upon delivery.
If a package is delivered on time but left outside for an extended period, responsibility for the condition of the order falls on the customer.
