5 succulent pounds of our dry aged meat gives you an excellent introduction
to ranch raised beef delivered right to your door!
This bundle has enough beef to provide 4-6 delicious beefy meals
depending on your desired portion size and number of servings
In contrast to grocery store meat (which is usually wet cut and immediately put out for sale),
all of our meat has been dry aged for 21 days to provide premium flavor and tenderness.
2-3 lb or our prime dry aged ground beef.
2-3 lb of your choice of roasts or steaks.
We are a small business and don't have hundreds of pounds of beef on hand so we reserve the right to substitute any cut of meat for another cut of equal or greater value.
Possible steak cuts may include: Sirloin, New York, Ribeye, T-bone, Tenderloin(filet), Porterhouse.
Roasts cuts may include 1 of the following: rib roast, chuck roast, round roast, tip roast, shoulder roast, rump roast.

*Since the weight of each cut varies, we guarantee there will always be a minimum of 5 pounds of beef in your bundle even if it means throwing in an extra steak or pound of ground beef.
