Great flavor!
We got the little vosem bundle and compared the steaks directly to a few we had in our freezer from Butcher Box. The initial eye test went to the Vosem steak because it had much better marbeling. I did a blind test test for my wife and she thought Vosem had a better overall flavor and tenderness. It also passed the non blind taste test as we both agreed that the Vosem steak was extremely tender and had a better natural flavor. It cooked perfectly on the grill with only salt and pepper to season.
The ground beef was awesome, tasted fresh and made for great meatballs and hamburger patties!
