~50-60lbs of top notch steaks. T-bones, sirloins, tenderloins(filet) ribeyes and new york steaks.

~70-90lbs of quality ground beef. (pre-formed hamburger patties available on request)

~50-60lbs of Savory and special cuts: chuck roasts, rump roasts, round roasts, Brisket, Back Ribs, Short Ribs, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip, and Flank Steak.
